Overview:
Victory is a well-maintained, privately fitted 44ft x 10ft widebeam ideal for continuous cruising and full-time liveaboard use — especially suited for life on London’s canals.
She’s compact enough to turn easily at any winding point (a rarity in London), while her 10ft beam offers exceptional internal space and comfort. Victory qualifies as a narrowboat for CRT licensing purposes, making mooring and licence fees more affordable than larger widebeams.
Fitted out and lived aboard since new by the current owner, she has been lovingly maintained and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for off-grid living — from solar power to efficient storage and reliable utilities.

• CRT Licence in place
Victory was completed as a private amateur fit-out and has been lived on by the owner since new. As such, the boat does not have a Post Construction Assessment (PCA).
This is quite common for privately fitted boats and doesn’t affect its current use — the boat is fully usable, insurable, licensable, and comes with all key compliance documents including a valid BSS certificate, Craft Identification Number (CIN), and Annex IIIa from the hull builder.
For buyers who may wish to sell through a broker or export in the future, a PCA can still be obtained at your discretion, but it is not required for private ownership, living aboard, or navigation.
