Description

Tumbleweed is our home project boat that has had a lot of time and effort been put into her up to this point. Due to our need to relocate to land, we are looking for someone to finish Tumbleweed and make it their home.

Since taking over the boat, it has been completely stripped internally and brand new components installed inside and out. These include:

*Steel skirting and seating to aft, with coach enamel painting.
*Steel gas bottle locker and cover.
*Titan Canopies pram cover.
*Vetus SISCO Single Side Mount Engine & Gear Change Control Lever.
*Bubble PJ-230VAC MK2 Automatic Pressure Jet Horizontal Diesel Boiler in stern, for central heating and hot water.
*Surejust 65L Single Coil Horizontal Surecal Calorifier in stern, for stored hot water.
*X1 starter and X4 leisure 105AH batteries in insulated housing with lid in stern.
*Diesel filter and rubber hoses to boiler.
*Bilge pump in stern.
*New anodes, pressure wash and blacking in May 2022.
*230v metal fuseboard with external voltage indicator.
*Mastervolt Mass Combi 12/2000 Inverter/Battery Charger.
*Immersion switch for hot water.
*Drayton Lifestyle hot water and central heating controller and thermostat.
*Central heating system with type 22 compact radiators.
*Loomtech 12v Wiring Loom in conduit for lighting and pumps (see gallery).
*Loomtech 12v corresponding fuseboard.
*Whale Gulper 320 12V Waste & Bilge Pump for bath.
*12v Water Pump with Aquabion Water Conditioner.
*Ring main for sockets in both bedrooms.
*New bathroom including Eco Bathrooms fitted furniture run with mirrored tall boy storage, basin and WC cabinets with glass shelving and composite solid surface worktop.1500 single ended bath with bath/shower mixer taps and a Halite gloss white waterproof bath panel. Chrome towel radiator off the central heating. Full size Dordogne style internal door with privacy lock. Half height tiling surround with luxury vinyl tiled flooring.

The layout of the boat comprises of:

*Open plan kitchen and living area at the aft.
*Spacious passageway to the port side.
*Brand new bathroom.
*Second Bedroom with single wardrobe space and K1 compact radiator off central heating.
*Master Bedroom with double wardrobe space and K2 compact radiator off central heating.

With a heavy heart, we need to relocate to land so the next owners will need to finish what we started in the kitchen area to their liking and specification. Once this is done, you will have a lovely floating home to spend quality time on and make some memories.
