57ft AndiCraft narrowboat shell with sailaway features. All work so far (other than laying the subfloor) has been carried out by the boat builder, who has decades of experience building quality narrowboats. Receipts for most of the work carried out. Moved directly from the builder’s workshop into storage next door. Unfortunately, changing circumstances meant it was never fitted out. No finance is owed, no payments overdue. It is entirely owned by myself, and I am the first and only owner.

Part-completed sailaway features include:

• Shell metal thickness specs: 10mm base, 6mm hull, 4mm cabin
• Spray foam insulation

• Fitted 42hp Vetus engine with prop
• Webasto boiler

Note on Engine: The engine has no running hours and has been started twice. Once when installed in 2019 when the boat was built, and recently to film it for this listing. It runs as new but will require a new battery.
