Description

Lady Karen was built New 1994 and is fitted with a Nanni N4-43 engine (New in 2022) with a 120amp alternator, hydraulic drive and morse cable steering. She sleeps 6 people in 2 cabins and the saloon. The front cabin has 2 singles which can be converted into a large double using the matching insert, a wardrobe, 2 draws and a storage cupboard. The master cabin has a fixed double bed with en-suite facilities, 2 draws and a wardrobe. There are 2 electric flush toilets and showers. The heating system is a 12v Webasto Airtop Evo 39 with 3 outlets. There is 1 starter battery and a separate bank of 3 batteries for the domestics, with a split charging system with re-settable fuses. The Galley comes with a 12v 100ltr Isotherm fridge, Thetford Midi prima oven and grill (New in 2023). There is a Glomex aerial system installed for viewing tv and which can also be connected to the CD radio. The 240v power is supplied via a Whisper Power 2kw inverter with sockets to the saloon, galley and 2 cabins. The hull is still in original gel coat and has never been painted. She has been lifted out of the water every year since new for antifouling and regular inspections and was last lifted in December 2024. The hull was cut back and polished, a new coat of antifoul applied to the waterline and a new cutlass bearing fitted.

Accommodation

The front cabin has 2 fixed single beds which can be converted into a double bed. There are 2 draws, a cupboard and a wardrobe. The master double cabin has 3 draws and a full length wardrobe. The saloon sofa pulls out to make a double bed. There are 5 draws and 3 cupboards giving plenty of storage. The 3 cushions for the outside seating are stored under the seat opposite the helm. There is a 240v socket in each cabin.

Construction

The boats hull and top sides are still in original gelcoat and have never been painted.

Equipment

The Saloon has a CD Radio fitted with twin speakers. The Galley is fitted with an Isotherm CR100 fridge and a Thetford Mid Prima Oven & Grill and a Thetford 4 Burner Hob. There is also a safe fitted.
