She was built in Dec 2021 by Aqualine and is a 58’ reverse layout trad in immaculate condition.
From the stern you enter the engine / electrics area. The engine, a Barrus Shire 45 with only 49 hours on the clock, will be serviced as part of the sale. Navigation is assisted by the Side Power bowthruster. There is a cupboard in here for coats with a cupboard underneath for navigation equipment.
A frosted glass door leads into the galley. She is beautifully fitted out in oak. The floor in here is tiled and the worktops are granite. Utilities comprise of a four burner gas hob, oven & grill (all unused), a washing machine (unused), a 230v fridge with icebox, a wine rack and a stainless steel sink. There is plenty of storage.
Next is the dinette area. This is a lovely space for dining with side hatches either side (with glazed doors) and there is storage under. This converts into a spare double berth.
The saloon has a Sofabed Barn sofabed, a Reflex diesel stove and a 32” Smart TV with Bluray player. A door leads into the walk through bathroom. This is so stylish, typically Aqualine. The loo is a macerator pump out, the basin is ceramic and there is a large quadrant shower cubicle. There is a heated towel rail in here also.
The bedroom is in the forward cabin. The fixed double has drawers under and cupboards over. At the foot of the bed is a wardrobe, and steps lead up to the well deck which is covered by a cratch cover. The gas bottles sit in the forward locker and the stainless steel water tank is under the well deck.
She is centrally heated by a Webasto diesel fired boiler (this can be operated remotely), and the hot water is heated by the engine, the Webasto or the immersion heater. 230v is supplied by the 5kw Victron inverter/charger or landline, and 12v is from the bank of 600ah Gel domestic batteries. There are 400w solar, and all the lights are LED (including under gunwale lights). She is further equipped with a Galvanic Isolator, CCTV and a Huawei WIFI router.
Rarely do Aqualines disappoint and Bag End is no exception.
