Superb Baltic 33 cruiser racer for sale.

Baltic 10mtr sloop yacht, although 1978 she has been very well maintained and presents as a much newer example than her years, a very striking looking yacht, fitted with a volvo md-11 diesel which has 23 hp, this engine has recently been fully reconditioned top to bottom at a cost of £4,000 with receipts. Only done approximately 6 hours since re-build. other work completed over the last 3 years as follows :

1) The keel was dropped and with new bolts fitted and re-seated in 2019.

2) Mast removed with mast foot shot blasted and re powder coated in 2019

3) All standing rigging replaced 2019

4) New antifoul & anodes fitted in February 2022

North fully battened main & 130% North genoa, Number 2 jib and storm jib as well as a good condition spinnaker.

insurance survey carried out in 2018 with no osmosis or major issues found

Raymarine touch screen plotter and Raymarine wind, depth and autopilot. All in fully working order.

6 berths in 2 cabin. Forepeak has 2 singles or makes into a double. Single berths to port and starboard in the main cabin as single bunk berth on port starboard side as well as a single berth to the port aft.

Manuel sea toilet with pull out sink in heads.

Galley has a 3 ring cooker with oven on a gimble, 12v fridge and pressurized cold water system.

On deck the boat has teak decks in good overall condition, 6 winches all in great working order and wheel steering with compass .
