Description

Called, in the past, “Boulevard - Maria Rose” was sold at the beginning of 2023 and purchased in May of that year.

The steel ship with a motor sailing ship type Waalschokker, year of construction 1925, construction yard Eltink te Bebeden Leeuwen, with approx. 15,52m, a width of approx. 5,20m and a draught of approx. 1,20m.

The boat was abandoned and in very bad conditions. There was a lot of rubbish inside and outside and there was no plumbing or electrical or any another installation that could be repaired. It was impossible to start any work in those conditions.
In total, 7 ton. of rubbish and debris were removed from the boat.
It was then possible to start the metal renovation project for the New “Orange & Blue”.

All the internal steel (floor, walls and ceiling) was treated and renewed.
In a next stage, a new wooden floor was built.
New thermal insulation began simultaneously with the floor installation stage.
The entire interior of the ship was opened up to be bigger the internal space and a skylight was installed on the roof.
All the piping was built from scratch, as was all the electrical installation.

At the entrance to the boat you will find a kitchen with:
- Refrigerator
- Freezer
- Dishwasher
- Induction cooker
- Microwave
- Electric Oven
- Washing machine
- Drying machine
A three-phase installation ensures a safe supply of electricity to the boat.

The shower is equipped with two doubles showers.

The 400L freshwater tank, coupled with a fresh Water Softener with 14 Litre capacity and a powerful pump, supplies water to the boat.

Another 200L freshwater provides a large amount of hot water.

In the living room there is an elegant fireplace, which together with electric heaters keeps the temperature of the boat warm.

In the master bedroom you will find a sophisticated Master King bed with TV.

Everything was installed, 100% new

In the Engine room, you can found the Diesel Motor of the brand DAF, type 575, motor number A 59921, with a capacity of approx. 120 horsepower.

The project renovation/ process of transformation still ongoing. It is a beautiful project!

The reason for the sale is that we will be moving to other destinations to live.
