Tallawah is a 35foot Narrowbeam Centre Cockpit canal and river cruiser. Fabricated and fitted out by a well respected boatbuilder, all steel hull with 10mm base plate. Centre Cockpit design with folding canopy Accommodation for 4 people: 2 single berths in fore cabin converts into large double bed. Double in aft Cabin.

Interior: is neatly finished in oak and mahogany veneers. Exterior with stainless steel pulpit and grab rails. The present owner has well maintained her for nearly 20 years, good professional engine service record. She has been docked and blacked at regular intervals (last in February 2024)Safety certificate till 2025. Tallawah has Mikuni diesel fired central heating with three radiators. Hot water supplied by the engine and boiler. The lighting is a mixture of LED, halogen and tungston. Mobitronic inverter supplies 700w 240v power for mains sockets and T.V. shore line.

Fore Cabin: Well equipped galley with Shoreline fridge, 4 burner stove grill and oven, plenty of cupboards and bulkhead unit with cupboard and shelf, and work surfaces. Bulkhead unit with storage, stainless steel drainer, mixer tap and water purification unit. Cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils and plates included. ***Clock and Barometer not included***
Panel radiator TV table with flat screen table lamp, TV and CD player. 12volt (2) and 240 volt sockets, (two) Ariel sockets Occasional table and dining table. V Berth in bow convert to large double bed with 2 brass reading lamps. The central heating timer and thermostat are fitted in the galley below ceiling bookshelf. Access to centre cabin from below the step and from large deck hatch. This has 2 bulkhead lights and a panel radiator.

The centre cockpit features helm seat, full Beta instrument panel, wood rimmed wheel and single lever control. Under the raised steering position is a very large storage cabin with lighting and a radiator. The Mikuni diesel heating boiler is situated under the wide side deck a paint and tool store under the opposite side deck. Large glazed hatch to centre cabin. 2kg fire extinguisher. Inverter and landline. Draining well sump pump.

Aft Cabin has a small wardrobe, Toilet compartment with a chemical toilet, vanity unit under sink cupboard and wall mounted vanity unit. Mirror and fittings. 4 batteries (fitted 2023) above swim. Controls for 240 volt distribution box. Fuse panel and cut out switches. Bilge pump switch and large storage box. Access to calorifier. The permanent double bed with interior sprung mattress is above the Beta engine and weed hatch. Bead head reading bulkhead lamp and storage box.

Deck fittings: The bow gas locker contains 2 x 13kg propane gas cylinders. Stainless steel water tank. Roof mounted tunnel light and horn. Stainless steel pulpit rail and cabin top handrails. 240vTV Ariel. Navigation lights. On deck items include: ropes, bow and stern fenders, pole and plank. Lock key, mooring spikes and hammer.

Maintenance: Engine has been professionally serviced every 2 years (last in 2023), annual oil / filter changes in March 2024. Dry docking and blacking every 2 years (last in February 2024), Hull photos available to prospective buyers. Smoke and Co2 alarms fitted. 3 new service batteries. 1 new starter battery fitted 2023. Professional gas compliance work upgraded in 2022. Engine hours approx. 2400hrs. All handbooks will be included in the sale. New pram canopy was fitted in November 2023. A fitted tonneau cover is also included.
