Future scope, the marina has said that from this year the business can be moored during the winter period at the visitor moorings to be used as accommodation only. This is a lovely mooring spot and there are many shops, bars and restaurants on the marina.

The business is ready to run immediately once the holidays have been advertised. We would be willing to do a full handover and give copies of all our documents used during the hires in order for there to be a seamless transition.
