Recent upgrades include new gas regulator and pipes, new solar charge controller, new boiler, back hatch welded. New exhaust pipe, filters. Gas and engine services. New exterior painting.

Acquired in 2014, it has undergone thoughtful upgrades and regular maintenance. The interior features an open-plan design with oak flooring and wood walls, maximizing natural light and providing spacious areas.

The main area includes a solid fuel stove and a functional kitchen with a four-burner gas hob and ample storage. A central bathroom offers a compost toilet and a standard-sized shower. The second half of the boat offers versatility, with options for a studio, office, or large master bedroom, complete with a permanent double bed and walk-in storage space.
The engine room houses a solid and smooth sounding Perkin D3 engine. 5 solar panels are on the roof, giving enough electricity for daily life.
