NARROW BOAT - CRUISER STERN - LISTER PETTER - RESTORED HULL AND INTERIOR.

Out of water for surveys and free cranage back in water. Or this boat can be easily transported by crane HGV anywhere as we have done twice.

Brand new boat safety certificate just issued valid until 12/08/2029.

Purchased in 2020 as a bare stripped shell - fully restored to include any rust cut out and replaced with new steel - welds tested and inspected by surveyor. Not plated.

Requires exterior paintwork either finishing in existing colours or black - paint included in sale with lacquer - two pack. Or you could go for another paint of your choice. Boat currently undercoated red, white and blue one side, black two pack primer other. Ideal base coat for two pack or the usual one pack coach enamel such as Craftmaster or International for example.

HULL.
Sandblasted inc base plate and painted in Jotun Jotamastoc 90 two pack all over. Base plate also had 3 coats of marine anti fouling paint over two pack primer. Internal steel work inc base painted and ballast is non porous polished glass in bow area only - most removed to balance out boat. Easily removed and added by cutting out small hole in floor and literally hoovering out!
Fuel tank drained, flushed and pressure tested.
New aluminium hatch and hinged engine hatch (won't rust and lightweight).

New sub floor with underfloor insulation and timbers throughout. Then sprayed with spray foam fully. Interior cladded in softwood cladding tongue and groove - solid real oak floor boards bonded and glued in place. A spare box to finish edges as required and for future use.

Portholes cut in and sealed.

INTERIOR.
New simple galley with stainless steel compact sink plumbing and oak work top. Internal cabin pump and access panel for checking any condensation or other water build up.
Washing machine and energy efficient mains inset fridge with 4 star freezer box reaches below -18.
Village stove with back boiler for providing 1 KW of heat to calorifier in addition to webasto or immersion heater and engine.



ENGINE.
Engine - fitted as a reconditioned unit with gear box. New fuel lines and wiring loom. New starter panel and controls. Skin tank filled with coolant. Engine hours low since has moored up mostly with some local cruising. Serviced by owner.
In addition since had new injector and governor spring fitted - cost over £1000.
All new stern gear and couplings from engine all through to propeller - propeller removed and serviced by a specialist and matched to engine torque.
Double glazed window to bow.

Engine bilge cleaned and painted in two pack primer over-coated in spare two pack paint. Bilge pump.


ELECTRICAL.
Boat fully installed with new 12V and 230 V wiring to exceed BSC certificate standards. Coax for future satellite / TV installed and CAT5 data if required. Alarm cables in situ for alarms or other sensors etc for future use if required.

AGM OPTIMA Marine batteries. Solar charging - Victron - large panels give excellent yield. Victron inverter. Both can be app controlled and monitored.

New DC MCB boards.

PLUMBING.

All newly installed with John Guest push fit. No joints in inaccessible areas to avoid any unseen leaks - all joints fully accessible!
New Calorifier and water pump. Immersion heater. Heated by twin coil - engine or webasto diesel heater heats water - provision allowed for addition of radiators - a new stainless steel retro one included. Towel rail. In addition a back boiler heats water with header tank vented to outside for safety and over pressure valve behind stove.
All drainage and skin fittings new and sealed.

New shower unit and plumbing - new whale pump and drainage.

Macerating WC ready for pump out tank if required or could be removed prior to sale and replaced with cassette type if desired. Water tank fully sandblasted and painted in Jotun two pack primer and then painted with Jotun Tank Guard potable paint. There is a separate water tank in the bow - reserved for future use as a reserve tank or possible rainwater collection. Currently out of water on hardstanding for buyer Surveys. On hard standing and will be craned back in included in price at time of sale.
Local cheap mooring available or can stay on hardstanding if required.
