Exterior is currently being painted as this was due to be carried out June this year -Lt battleship grey rylard chosen for its light colour which helps the boats with heat in the summer in comparison to dark boats.
I had her lifted in August 2021 for a full survey - which I am happy to share during viewings.
Survey carried out by richard Thompson what floats your boat after doing some research. Brilliantly thorough survey which I used to help me with my refit and address any issues (all cosmetic).
No pitting of concern or previous plating Anodes good for more years.
Immersion heater, hot water via a switch electrically and heats when the engines running also
Electric radiators
Morso squirrel Solid fuel stove with back boiler which provides hot water for the central heating (heated water from the fire going to radiators in the rest of the home)
Electric pumped toilet, proper flush, less smell than cassette and easy to empty simply by plugging in a hose occasionally as marinas to clear the tank
Electric shower
Spray foam insulation
Fantastic Solid Canaline 52hp diesel engine
Gearbox Newage PRM 2:60 reverse reduction hydraulic
Construction -All welded steel
Myself and one other owner
4 Solar panels on the roof
A large and spacious boat built for extra height compared to most wides, great for hosting friends and family due to its open layout.
The living room shares its space with the kitchen and small breakfast bar complete with floor to ceiling larder providing great storage. Fridge and brand new washing machine (not yet plumbed in /mums washing has been to good a quality to plumb mine in tehehe) -will be left for new owners. The main entrance stair case provides more storage for deck chairs, space for your mucky boots after a lovely canal Stroll.
The lounge is the perfect space for a lovely cosy fire on a winter's night with a bespoke book shelf to make a real statement wall.
The main bedroom is a calming space and a very generous size, I currently have a king size bed, full size antique wardrobe, chest of drawers and three wide unit for shoes.. yes I have a problem hehe and still there's plenty of space, it's light, airy and spacious.
There is second bedroom with a spare bed and lots of cupboard space. I use this as a nice place to relax and do office work alot of the time and for friends wanting a little escape on the water.
In the bathroom, there is the electric pumped toilet, fitted sink with drawer spaces and a full sized shower.
The hot water is controlled by a switch if you want to use electric (very quick) or you can run the engine, so she heats why she drives. I have just changed the immersion coil, so the water heats very quickly at a hit of a switch.
The engine is a reliable 52hp Canaline, it is a smooth and solid machine and starts first time, every time!
The boat is spray foam insulated, has 4 solar panels on the roof, a huge stainless steel water tank.
The hull is steel with plenty of deck space, both out the front and the back to enjoy long summer nights on the boat.
I've had a wonderful home, lots of fun and made some lovely memories with my gorgeous boat and I hope it brings someone else the happiness it's brought me, she is absolutely one of a kind.
Please feel free to contact me to arrange a viewing or pick my brains. I know this boat inside and out and I'm happy to help answer any questions. I was new to boating when I bought mine and spent a whole year researching and waiting for the right one, no question is a silly question.
I hope you enjoy my ad
Happy boating
Update- I took an offer and allowed a good few weeks to gather there deposit but sadly and unfortunately they won't be able to be in a position to financially have her now. So taking viewings again :)
