Alfie Mac is our 60” cruiser stern reverse layout narrowboat built by Collingwood in 2019 privately fitted out to a high specification completed in 2022

Post structural assessment done October 2024 for latest RCD compliance and a marine survey carried out.

Accommodation

Enter from stern deck down steps directly into the galley which is fitted with a built in 3 gas burner hob, oven and grill, microwave, and 8kg washer dryer, and ,separate built in 240v fridge and freezer. Hardwood varnished work surfaces and breakfast bar with lots of cupboard space and laminate floor and a large sky light with toughened security glass. The living room comprises of a large 3 seater bed settee, large radiator, carpeted floor, Samsung smart tv, Tiled hearth containing a Morso dual fuel wood burner with twin walled flue. The bathroom comprises of a vanity basin with mono block tap, wall cupboard, vetus macerating electrical toilet, shower cubicle with electric water pump out, and a towel rail radiator.From the bathroom you enter the main bedroom with two single built in wardrobes either side of the front doors currently this room is empty giving you free range regarding what type of bed you require. Also the boat is fitted throughout with 12 v led lighting and usb sockets, privacy glasses fitted to all windows with a mirror finish on the outside

Construction

The base plate 10mm, Hull 6mm, cabin and roof 5mm. Fully spray foam insulation and foil lined,a mixture of ply, laminate,hardwood, softwood and plastic.
