She is showing her age but all in all she is in good order, having been undercover for few years when it rains it can leak in the cabin in a few spots. Re-caulking the deck, treating the deck and re-sealing a few gaps and joints will take care of this.
She would be a perfect project boat for someone with the time and skills to carry out woodwork care and repairs as required, much has already been done.
A project boat that can be used in the summer and tinkered with in the winter.

Gemini is a lovely yacht with character and charm, her hull was built by Colvic and she was fitted out by the previous owner, her interior features varnished wooden beams and white deck heads.
The light blue seat/ bed cushions are extremely comfortable.
She is a lovely boat to sail, offering great stability and safe well-mannered sailing, ideally suited for a family or sailing single handed, she shrugs off waves and the wake of passing boats. In a force 4 or 5 she will sail at 5.5 knots with the wind off the bow.

She is in good condition but not immaculate, she has been well loved and care for.

Note, one patch of ply wood beneath the aft deck is damp and will eventually require repair. The area is still very strong as it is only a small patch and is well supported.

She comes with full information regarding how all the systems operate, technical drawings, builders’ plans, manuals and personal notes together with spare parts.

With a few days work she can be in the water and sailing, making the most of the year.

The twin axle braked trailer offers the option to easily move her to any location to begin your sailing adventures. The trailer has just been serviced and is in good order.
A trailer light board, spare wheel and spare wheel bearing is included together with ratchet straps to secure the boat to the trailer.
