Reduced due to ill health for a quick sale. Yarmouth, one of 24 horse boats, built by Braithwait & Kirk of West Bromwich in 1914 for Fellows, Morton & Clayton. She is equipped with a beautiful back cabin that sleeps 2 with single bucks and lots of storage. There is a large engine room with a Lister JP2 hand start only and has and alternator and leisure battery. She has been professionally painted in 2022, dry docked and blacked with two pack Epoxy in August 2022, with the hull found to be in excellent condition. Boat safety is valid until January 2026. The basic fit out has 12 vault lights with usb sockets throughout. A recently fitted new kitchen featuring a Belfast sink and a Thetford cooker and a Rayburn Royal solid fuel range. The range is 4 years old and the cooker is 2 years old. Both are hardly used. Rayburn provides the hot water and runs a single radiator in the engine room. During August 2022 whilst the Yarmouth was is Dutton dry dock they welded a couple of popped rivets as can be seen in the photographs, but other than that the hull was found to be in excellent condition with barely any pitting at all. The hull was taken back to bare metal thereafter and the two pack Epoxy applied. There is no survey.
