This solid built to last Ex working narrowboat has been recently and respectfully renovated keeping the traditional look throughout. It has a comfortable homely feeling when you step inside. "OCTARINE" consists of a stunning Howdens kitchen. This comes complete with solid oak worktops and breakfast bar with seating for four. Integrated full size Fridge and Freezer. A quiet location with plenty of parking for boat owners and visitors, that's if you wanted to stay there of course. The sunsets are just magical. Situated Close to the A45 with links to the M1.
