Looking very much from the deck like a sea going patrol craft this houseboat was purpose built by her late owner to provide accommodation, originally for divers visiting the Island and latterly as a family run B&B.

She is well laid out using all the available space and is fully furnished and in commission. Inboard she is comfortable, the saloon and galley area very light and bright with large windows and French style doors. She has all the home comforts and vast amounts of useable deck space on 3 levels.

She does not come with a berth so will require towing to her new home but this is something we can assist with arranging locally if required
