New “Fortress” Kedge anchor with 6 mtrs of chain and 30 mtrs of warp. (unused)

NOTES

Port Fine was last lifted in March 2020 and the shaft anode replaced. The bottom was found to be clean and in good condition.
A professional diver inspected the hull in November 2020 and reported the anode to be as new. He also reported the hull to be in good condition although there was some growth. In all likelihood the hull will require anti fouling in the Spring of 2021.

All round engine access to the engine was created in November 2020. Access is from the saloon to the front and to the starboard side.
To the rear from the owners cabin via a lift away panel.
New access has now been created from the shower cubicle to the Port side via a hinged panel.

Port Fine has had only 2 owners from new. The first owner was Spanish and kept the boat in his yacht club in the South of Spain for 18 + years.
The current owner bought the yacht in July 2019 and has upgraded equipment and sailed from Spain to Malta. Port fine is now for sale as the current owner intend to buy a larger vessel in order to live aboard and travel further.
