'Hestia' is a Jan Haring purchased in 2014 in Holland and has sailed well over the last eight years, extensively in Falmouth, the North Atlantic and the Bristol Channel. Her feather-stream prop makes a significant difference to her speed and manoeuvrability in heavy tides.
'Hestia' sails well in light winds with her cutter rig, pointing high with excellent manoeuvrability. She is a production steel boat built in Holland and is a fantastic, dry live aboard. Approximately thirty of her design were built and at least two of which have sailed around the world.
'Hestia' is light for a steel boat of her size at around 9.5 tons.

'Hestia' has been an easy liveaboard for many years with a comfortable living space.
There is a double berth in the forepeak, with large headroom, and a large pilot berth in the starboard quarter.
There is a sociable U-shaped seating area in the saloon with capacity to be used as a further berth.
