• Such a cozy boat; centrally heated via an 18-month-old Eberspacher diesel heater, with cast iron radiators providing residual heat after heating switches off. The 5kw multi-fuel burner is an alternative source of heat.
• The lounge has a 2yr old leather and chenille sofa, a wall mounted smart TV and an aerial for terrestrial TV.
• The kitchen includes a gas cooker, with grill and 4 rings, and a corner microwave as well as a 240v low energy fridge. There is bags of cupboard space on this boat, meaning storage really isn’t an issue. The boat has been designed to maximise storage in every useable space.
• The bathroom has a shower over a bath, and a porcelain cassette toilet with a spare cassette under the sink unit.
• The bedroom has a small double bed with a comfy Eve memory foam mattress. The bedroom can extend to 5’. At the end of the bed is a double wardrobe with 4 drawers underneath as well as high level cupboards. There are two sliding drawers underneath the bed frame, as well as additional storage under the mattress. At the rear of the boat there is a utility space with loads of both cupboard and drawer space, as well as a “hidden” ironing board cupboard with shelving.
• Throughout the boat, every porthole has a sliding shutter, meaning there is no need for curtains; brilliant if it’s a cold winter or a hot summer!
• It’s fair to say, no expense was spared when this boat was built, with no bell or whistle overlooked nor any expense spared!
• All steel boat of 10, 6, 4mm construction.
• The hull was last blacked May 2023 with 3 coats of bitumen (usually 2), 6 anodes and a new propeller, as the previous one was incorrectly sized.
• Whilst I’ve never had the boat surveyed, I was reassured by the marina carrying out the blacking who said that the steel was of better quality and condition than the new steel they were receiving!
• The boat is fitted with every imaginable bell and whistle. Starting at the front, there are bow thrusters with weed hatch accessible from bow. A new battery was fitted 2 years ago as was a small solar panel and charger-unit, so charge is taken from both main batts and solar panel.
• Two gas bottles are stored in a gas cupboard at the bow, with a switch-over to allow a quick change.
• Water pump is standard Par Max.
• There is a water filter under the kitchen sink with new cassette ready to go.
• The power is supplied by a 3000w Victron inverter and shoreline sockets are at the bow and stern, with a switch to direct which socket you use. You can also take a starting charge from the main batteries, but the starter battery (like everything else in this boat) is top spec and was replaced 2 years ago due to an issue with the bow thruster battery which has also been replaced.
• 6 x 2v cell batteries producing 922 aph.
• Hot water tank is under the bed and is a calorifier, heated either by the electric timer switch or by the engine.
• For all other details of the fittings of the boat, refer to the 3” thick manual and 2nd box file containing further details.
Comes with boat hook, barge pole and plank as well as mooring pins and mallet.
The engine has been used very little since I bought her, 2675 hrs on clock from new, everything in full working order. In addition, a diesel filtration system has been added to ensure smooth sailing!
The BSS is valid until 8/6/2026 and passed with flying colours in last inspection - with no changes made, this should be the same for the next one.
