As you approach Moffat House there are two large locked security fire doors. Through the doors is the main lobby with access to the Moffat Boathouse Postbox, refuse bin room with allocated bins and access to the electric metre.
Beyond this point you proceed through the patio courtyard, and garden to the gated entrance leading to decked pontoon.
This mooring allows for up to 60ft wide beam or narrowboat.
Electrical point is on site connected to a separate freeholders mooring metre. Located just a stones throw away is the Avon Tewkesbury Lock which allows access onto the main Avon river and will manage waste via tokens purchased at the lock.
Please note this will be your private, main residence and therefore council tax is payable.
