The boat is on a VERY sought-after mooring in Kingston-Upon-Thames. The mooring is located at Kingston Bridge and is 2min walk away from the centre. It's located on the historical tow path between Kingston and Hampton Court Palace. It comes with CAR PARKING, locked/large STORAGE facility (under the arch of the bridge), mains water, electricity and waste water/sewage connection.

Kingston centre is just across the bridge (2min walk). Waitrose is 2min walk away. Historical Home Park (with access to Hampton Court Palace's Garden) and Bushy park (with its large deep population and playgrounds) is 1min walk away.

The mooring was previously used by my steel Sheffield Barge (19 x 5m, 35 Net Tonnage). There are only 10 boats permitted to moor there. A great community of boaters. Boats are moored in double row. This mooring is the outer most mooring (e.g. with view of the Thames, port-side)

The garden is maintained by the boaters and has won many awards by Richmond Council over the years.

The land is officially owned by the Environment Agency and not part of this sale. The EA charges around £3,950 annually to renew this permit to moor (which you would need to pay every year).

The existing boat has likely scrap value only and I am happy to arrange for the disposal and removal of the boat and help you to register your boat with the EA and Boating Association for use of the mooring.
