Built in1973 by Peter Freebody, master boatbuilder, of Hurley On Thames. Beautifully crafted from solid Burmese Teak to an exceptional standard in a classic Thames river boat style.
The hull is fibreglass by “Tyler Mouldings” to a Dutch “Hardy” design, approved by Lloyd’s to a Commercial White Fish Authority specification. Last surveyed in 2020 the hull is very robust and is in excellent condition.
With twin Perkins 4108 diesel engines and the coastal fishing hull she has the potential to cruise anywhere.
Accommodation comprises of a fitted galley kitchen, 6 berths in total - Twin V berths in the bow section. A double berth in the saloon/galley main cabin and twin bunks in the stern cabin.
The wheel house has bench style seating all round with excellent head height.
In addition there is a shower/basin and toilet, full height, walk in cabin. "The heads"
Aspasia is perfect family holiday cruiser but also could be used for sole/twin live aboard in Central London with an annual mooring at central London's stunning St Katherine Docks as an option to discuss.
