Boxer was originally Dartmouths customs launch it was one of six built in Appledore by Hinks boatyard to MOD specifications using a Cheverton 21 hull design. She was built in 1970 . Decommissioned mid 80s and bought by a local Dartmouth person .
Eventually after waiting 30 years I purchased her in 2017 and completely renovated her . Included in the renovation was a new Beta 50 hp engine with shaft and prop . I picked up the unit from the Beta factory. It has now done 112 hours ,just about run in ! Also it had a three coat epoxy system applied .
