About this Boat: A perfectly proportioned reverse layout 30’ cruiser stern narrowboat built in 2014. The space has been optimized to incorporate a dinette that converts to a single bed, alongside a large L shaped seating area that can be changed into a double bed. Each area takes advantage of spacious under seating storage. With it’s back tiled multi fuel stove, fully carpeted floor and aluminium windows, it makes for a cosy home. Aethelflaed has a 500w inverter and Victron Battery Charger, alongside solar power with MPPT controller, making it an efficient vessel for both marina living and cruising. For those home comforts she also has aboard a Krups Coffee Machine, Nespresso Aeroccino and George Forman Mini grill.

Galley Description Brand new Thetford Spinflo gas duplex oven and grill - two burner hob with integrated stainless-steel sink with a heatproof glass cover. Below this is a Waeco 12v fridge. Opposite is a two-seater dinette with storage, that converts into a single bed.

Lounge/Master Bedroom Description: Large L shape seating area with under bed storage, which converts to a double bed. 12/240v plug sockets and Bush TV mounted on the wall. Alongside the opposite wall is a handy fold down table. Multi fuel stove.


Bathroom Description: The wet room utilizes space with a Triton shower and bar mixer, with a compact sink. Alongside a Thetford c200 cassette toilet.
