Edith-Annie is a cruiser stern 45ft narrowboat, with seating to rear and 2 x gas lockers.
4 berth with 1 x crossover folding bed in bedroom and L-shaped dinette that converts to double.
Hot water is supply by a 50 litre calorifier,
There is a solid fuel stove in the saloon with back boiler supplying additional heat via a radiator to the bathroom and bedroom.
Electrics include, 240v landline, Vetus 1500watt inverter.
12v lighting throughout the boat.
1 x start battery, 4 x 105ah leisure batteries.
Front footwell with seating to either side.
Front storage locker.
