This is an interesting little boat, built without an inboard engine probably in order to qualify as a houseboat and therefore save on VAT. It has a quirky fit out in the popular reverse layout format that needs some completion but is serviceable. Potentially a good starter boat for someone wanting to get onto the canals for a lower entry cost.
