Step aboard Wilf, a charming and lovingly crafted 60ft narrowboat, offering the perfect retreat for those seeking a cozy and unique living experience on the water.

Though officially named “Wilf,” she remains nameless on the boat itself, allowing you the freedom to christen her with a name that feels right for your new adventure.

Purchased in 2021 as a liveaboard, Wilf has been a warm and welcoming home, keeping us comfortable in every weather. She has been lovingly fitted out with bespoke, handcrafted solid wood furniture and joinery, making her a true one-of-a-kind vessel. The current owner, Rose, an up-and-coming woodworker, has poured her heart and soul into making Wilf as beautiful as she is functional.

Now, as we move on to our next chapter, we’re looking for a new owner who will cherish this boat and continue to give her the love and care she deserves.

• Full-Size Bathtub: A rare and luxurious feature, the bathroom includes a full-size bathtub with a detachable, powerful showerhead—comfortably suited for taller individuals at 5.8ft in height.
• Versatile Spare Room: The spare room can be tailored to your needs—perfect for a home office, hobby space, or additional storage.
• Traditional Stern & Engine Room: The rear of the boat features a small but functional engine room, leading out to the traditional stern with a comfortable Captain’s seat for those long, scenic journeys.

Comfort & Heating:

Wilf is equipped with a Belfort 5.5kw stove, which heats the entire boat, creating a cozy, snug atmosphere even in the coldest months. There’s also a back boiler connected to radiators throughout, though we’ve never found it necessary with the stove doing such a great job.

Galley Features:

• Four-burner gas hob with oven and grill
• Under-counter fridge
• Serviced by 2x 13kg Calor gas bottles with an additional spare in the bow

Utilities & Power:

• Thetford 365 porta potti toilet
• Beta Marine 38bhp engine (1997) – running smoothly
• Newly refurbished Sterling Pro Combi Q 2500w inverter and 5 brand-new batteries
• 35L Calorifier for hot water, powered either by the engine or electricity

Additional Details:

• Hull survey done 3 years ago, unfortunately I have misplaced the paperwork. Older survey (2013) available
• Boat Safety Certificate (BSC) valid until 2025.
• Current mooring in Earlswood, Solihull (possible to transfer after speaking with mooring owner)
