Menai Gypsy is now back at home on Anglesey North Wales, after a full winter service & £2.5K Refurbishment.
Woodwork & Gel coat in amazing condition, as per photos.
She has spent all her life sailing from Anglesey, with trips to the Shannon, where her retro-fitted mast raiser came into its own, for popping under bridges. She has also been trailer sailed, including Ullswater, on her Bramber Breakback trailer. (Fully Serviced Oct 20, with new hitch / brake coupling fitted).
She also has a specially designed, unbraked launching trailer available, which has been used for home launches into salt water, this is available at extra cost £1.2K.
Her shallow draft of 18inches, keel up, has allowed many peaceful explorations of river and coastal creeks.
We sail her as a couple, or single-handed, but for day sails her comfortable and spacious cockpit allows up to 6 to enjoy a day afloat, under sail or motor.
Her compact, but well thought out, cabin provides sleeping berths for 2. There is a boom awning which can give 2 extra cockpit berths. She has a 2-burner hob with grill & adequate ktchen storage space. Under berth storage for clothes.
She has been both day sailed or kept on a mooring, but always wintered at home under a full cover. Presently on hard standing ready to view.
