52ft narrow boat that's just been blackened and surveyed. The boat has a BMC 2.2 engine that is off to get reconditioned on the 25th of August. The boat can be sold either on or off its residential mooring which is on a little island close to Hampton court Palace. At present the boat has been stripped out so is a nice project for someone. All the water gas and electric is in and ready to be fitted out with new. and a shower too. It was painted two months ago. Asking 66k on the residential mooring or 25k with engine as is.
