Built on the lines of the Falmouth Oyster Boats to a design by Paul Gartside in GRP, these boats are renowned as ‘bulletproof’ pocket go-anywhere-cruisers, with heavy GRP layup and lead encapsulated long keels. At least one has done the Atlantic circuit. 22 feet 8 inches on deck. 30 feet overall with bowsprit approximately. Currently has a shorter stainless steel bowsprit due to the 8 metre berth. However I still have the original Wooden bowsprit and will be fitting it again this winter ( I have managed to get a 9.5 metre berth for next year) if it does not sell.

Very large front V berth with infill section. Plus two sea berths extending into trotter boxes under the front V berth. These sea berths are made up from the saloon seating (comfortable for two people, OK for 4 as long as you're not too large. About 5'9 headroom at the galley, which is on the starboard side, with the heads opposite on the port side. Lots of storage and amazing size of cockpit lockers. There is a two burner and grill alongside a sink/drainer with foot pump fresh water. 4 opening new cabin windows with mosquito inserts. A front hatch over the V berth. Also fitted are two small hatches (see constuction picture) one over the galley and one over the heads compartment. All 7 cabin windows/hatches mean the boat stays very well ventilated.
You will be amazed at the space and storage that this 22 foot yacht has.
vhf radio autohelm 1000. Garmen 550s chart plotter and depth sounder. Selection of oversize anchors CQR, Bruce, Danforth and large quantity of 10mm chain. I have also fitted an electric winch which I have hardley used. Plenty of fenders and warps.
There is a two burner and grill and a basin in the heads.
Garmen 550s chartplotter and depth sounder. Plus a hand held Garmen gps and cockpit compass
Beta Marine fitted 2016, Driving a three blade Darglow feathering prop. ( motor age approx 20 years) This was purchased from a small boat that an older gentelman that used it for infrequent fishing trips.
Mast, Boom, Gaff and bowsprit were overhauled and varnished. Many, many coats in 2021/2022. Mainsail, fore sail, stay sail and a large cruising chute, which can be fitted once the longer wooden bowsprit has been fitted. There is also a top sail and spar that I have never never hoisted.
