A beautiful, clean, dry, practical boat that has been lived aboard for the last two and a half years.
Comes with a mooring at Caen Hill marina.
The roof, sides and gunnel were taken back-to-metal last September and painted with Craftmaster paint - two coats of primer, two coats of undercoat, and three coats of topcoat. She looks fab ?
The bottom of the hull has been overplated - the sides are still original though and almost in perfect nick. The overplating we think was done when she was fairly new as we don't have any record of it. The bottom of the boat is totally sound and we haven't had any issues in our 2.5 years of living aboard.
The hull survey has just been carried out on 14/04/25 and everything is in very good order. We have the report as a PDF if you'd like a look.
The Boat Safety Survey is valid until July 2025, but it will come with a fresh one at point of sale.
She was also blacked at the same time as the hull survey, with the final coat going on today - Wednesday 16th April 2025..
She comes with a folder of history, going back to the original Declaration of Conformity from P.M. Buckle. There are plenty of receipts, including the hull survey and BSS from 2021.
She has a reverse layout, where you enter the galley kitchen from the rear deck. Here there is the oven, 12v fridge, Belfast sink, and plumbing for a washing machine.
The lounge extends from there, with armchairs and TV. The multifuel burner is situated in the middle of the boat, giving excellent heat distribution.
You then pass the bathroom, with a Thetford cassette toilet, sink, and a lovely shower.
The double bedroom is at the bow, with double doors out to the front deck.
The engine is 1.8 BMC that had a full service last September.
Solar panels (2x400w) and controller (Viktron Smartsolar 50a mppt) fitted last October. 1 x starter battery and 2 x 130ah leisure batteries.
USB sockets throughout
200 litre fuel tank
680 litre water tank
Honda EU10i 1kw silent generator
The rear cratch cover has seen better days but is still perfectly serviceable.
Namasté is a lovely boat that has looked after us wonderfully over the last couple of years. We have enjoyed every minute of it and will be very sad to say goodbye. We'll also be very happy to see her starting a new journey with her new owners tho.
