“Whimbrel” - Curlew 32 is built by Rossiter Yachts in 1988 to Lloyds class 100A1, which is a stable seaworthy vessel with a main keel and bilge keels which enables her to take the ground. Because of this construction method combined with so-called "barge deck", there is a lot of space on deck as well as in the interior as compared to other yachts of the same length. In addition, this makes the boat very seaworthy and suitable for high and dry passages. The deck lined with maintenance free tread master is spacious and shroud free.
The interior is spacious and fresh with white panels and blue upholstery, frd cabin and toilet compartment can be closed off using hanging locker and toilet doors. Extensive use of mahogany and the beautiful solid hard wood floor throughout. To the port side of the companion way is the kitchen with a gimbaled double burner cooker and grill, with separate oven, sink and food storage, to starboard is the navigation station. In the main saloon there is one double and one single with lee cloth, with folding table in the middle with bottle stowage below.
In the frd. cabin there are two single one with lee cloth or converted into a double berth with storage above and below the berths. Aft to port of the frd cabin is a large hanging locker, to stb is the toilet with sliding sink draining into the toilet to maintain a fresh atmosphere. The Bukh 36 engine is accessible from the saloon and under the cockpit floor, with easy access the fuel filters.
