She is in good condition for the age, has been freshly anti fouled and is on the water ready to use mored in Brightlingsea, Essex. I gave the interior a bit of a modernisation last winter and the Yanmar 3YM30 engine only has approximately 450-500 hrs on it (my apologies I can’t remember the exact value while writing this listing).
