Description

This lovely lady is in a good condition with many recent updates, and she's got all necessary equipment for extensive cruising and liveaboard.
Three separate cabins, two in the aft, one with a bunk bed and the other one has a double. The Owners cabin is forward, with a large double bed and a second private toilet and shower. There is also a possibility to make a double bed in the saloon if needed.
There is a near new Volvo Penta D2-50 installed with only 300 hours, a new saildrive with Volvo Penta 3 blade folding propeller. Different sails in good condition, where of the main and one of the genoas has very few hours of use since new in 2019.
New house batteries of 400 Ah in 2023 and a New 80 Ah start battery as well. 400 W 21 amp Victron solar panels mounted last year, which comes with a intelligent MPPT charger.
Raymarine navigation system, including Plotter, Digital Radar, hydraulic Autopilot, AIS etc.
New Antifauling, Anodes and propeller service was commenced now in April 2025.

Accommodation

The boat has a big well protected cockpit with a lot of space for seating 6 to 8 persons.
After entering the staircase down to the bright saloon, you will have one cabin on the port side with a double bed and a chart-table /navigation area, and on the starboard side there is a cabin with two singles/ bunkbed. A toilet /shower is also located close to these 2 cabins. The owners cabin is located forward. It has a really big double bed, a working desk /makeup table, a sofa and a bigger toilet with separate shower. A lot of space in wardrobes and other compartments.
The saloon is very spacious with plenty of room in the sofas around the table. It also has a well thought out kitchen on the port side, with a double sink, gas stove with oven and grill. She also have a new electric Induction stove and a new Microwave oven with grill. Freshwater pump, Jabsco 2020. Bilge pump 2019.The Frigomatic kompressor for the fridge works very well with a thru hull cooling plate. The immersion water heater was newly installed in 2022 and is connected to the engine as well. The taps in the bathrooms and the thermostat mixer in the forward shower was changed to new in 2021. The 2 heads are Jabsco, and in very good condition and function.

The engine has been very well taken care of with 6 oil and filter changes up to date, and also flushed with fresh water in the sea-cooling part of the system after every use! including anti corrosive liquid in the heat exchanger.
