Classic West Wight Potter, Length 14ft o/a draft 6"/3'-0" - gunter rigged, tan sails, roller reefing jib, lazy jacks, steel tabernacle to mast, self-draining cockpit, large stern locker and adjustable outboard bracket - original gel coat in sound condition, all woodwork recently varnished, on galvanised trailer with winch and jockey wheel. Designed by Stanley Smith to fit in most garages towable by a Morris Minor. Believed to be built in the 1960s and very good condition for its age. In the late 1950s Smith sailed a WWP from Yarmouth, I.o.W. across the North Sea in a F9 gale to successfully deliver it to a client in Sweden.
I have decided to fit new wheels to the trailer as the existing ones are in very poor condition and I'd hate either of them to fail as it was being towed away by the new owner.
