Griffon II for sale with a new Yanmar 3YM engine with less than 20 hours, new 3 blade Flexifold folding propeller, new Garmin 7” GPS, new solar panel dual battery controller unit. Seawater strainer and fuel filter are now mounted forward of the engine for ease of access. The new style stern shaft seal allows for venting forward in the engine bay and incorporates a nipple for annual grease application. The engine bay is lined with foil faced insulation and protected by an automatic fire extinguisher.
The Crusader mainsail and genoa have only two seasons light use whilst the cruising chute is older but in very good order, a snuffer is also available. Sail controls are led back to the cockpit and include an increased length Barton recirculating ball mainsheet track, a Rod kicker controls the boom and increased size genoa winches together with side deck travellers aid foresail trim. Mainsail lazyjacks aid stacking the sail for shorthanded sailing.
Standard wind, log, depth and compass are visible in the cockpit and there is a facility to arrange for the Garmin GPSMAP 7” (Still boxed) to be viewed from the cockpit. A tiller pilot is available to ease helming over long periods. A foldable spray hood is fitted together with spray dodgers for comfort in the cockpil and jackstays are fitted for safety on deck.
Inside the main saloon headlining has been properly re-attached to the headboards, a new marine standard domestic radio/DVD/USB player has been added. The galley has a Plastimo cooker with two rings, grill and oven, original sink and cold box and the heads are a new Jabsco sea toilet. Also mounted in the saloon are the Silva DSC VHF radio and Navtex receiver.
This example has undergone much modernisation and is in good order to enjoy quality sailing and only requires some cosmetic attention to complete the upgrade.

The interior is the standard Griffon II layout with fixed drop leaf table with inbuilt bottle store which provides adequate space for leisure and meal times. The pilot berth and starboard saloon berth are both secure sea berths and two doubles are provided in the forepeak and port saloon berths.
Good storeage space is available under the saloon settees and under the forepeak. The heads are midships with a lockable door and a hanging locker is oposite the heads.
The galley comprises a Plastimo gas cooker with oven, grill and two rings with a pan storeage locker below and ingredient locker above. A cool box is provided for perishables and a sink with foot operated water pump is adjacent.
