I’m sadly parting ways with my lovely narrowboat, and looking to pass her on to a new owner. I’m only selling because I now have a baby so have moved onto a bigger boat!
She’s fully equipped for living aboard, and is currently in East London on the River Lea as a continuous cruiser (no home mooring).
She has a great, spacious layout: entering from the bows, there is an open plan living room and kitchen floored with solid oak reclaimed from Tate Modern! The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob and oven and 12v fridge.
Moving through, we come to a bathroom with shower, b...

This vessel is being sold with a transferable residential mooring in Brentford.
The vessel was previously sold by ourselves to the current owner in 2012 and this is when the last survey was carried out.
She was originally in use as a hire boat in the Black Prince fleet, and was subsequently sold out of hire.
The current owner has carried out a lot of maintenance over the years, the hull was last blacked and superstructure repainted in 2022.
The gas has been capped off due to the current owner not using it, this can be reconnected.
Built in 1982. Fitted by Black Prince Narrowboat...

Rose has been priced to reflect the fact that as an older vessel, she will require some maintenance works. She would be ideal for someone who would relish taking on a project and has plenty of positives.
She has a cosy forward saloon with sofa bed and solid fuel stove which has a back boiler to circulate hot water around to the radiators and calorifier. The calorifier can also be heated by the engine on a summer's day.
A raised Pullman dinette is the perfect place for meals or indeed, working at a computer or crafting.
The simple galley is equipped with oven and fridge and...

The galley is equipped with a Sprinflo cooker and Dometic fridge. With two berths over a fixed double bed in the stern, there is potential for additional berths in the saloon. The bathroom features a cassette toilet, vanity basin, and hip bath with sho...
