"Wild Thyme" is a lovely boat, originally named "Seven Seas" she was the Dusseldorf Boat Show exhibit,we are i beleive her 3rd owners and we have enjoyed 9 years with her in the Mediteranean. An ideal liveabord boat, particularly as she has the options of a Sea Toilet in the Fore Heads, with a Lavac in the Aft Heads discharging to a Holding Tank, and with both Solar and Windpower we have found to be Self sufficient.
Headlining on "Wild Thyme" other than in the "Heads" is fitted to ply panels.thus overcoming the known "Westerly Droop"problem.
The Teak with Holly Strip flooring was renewed (2017).
!Wild Thyme" has tremendous storage and locker space for a boat of her size, including Wet Locker

With good sized Fore and Aft cabins "Wild Thyme" has served us well over 9 years, very often with 2 couples aboard. The accommodation handles 4 people easily, with adequate clothes storage.
A good selection of cupboards provide food and other storage.
The Navigation station has good shelving for Pilot books, almanacs etc. The Chart Table has good storage for charts, books, instruments. etc.
Described by Westerly as having 7 berths, although I have selected 6. (2 in forecabin, 2 in aftcabin, 2 using Saloon Berths.
We have generally only used 4 Berths which esp. if two couples is quite suited especailly with having the luxury of Fore and Aft Heads.
The "Falcon" and the "Seahawk" shared the same Hull, the Falcon being the Aft Cockpit version with the dual heads, wheras the Centre Cockpit "Seahawk" only has one.
The layout is achieved by ingenious use of the Bridge Deck, and this also permits the full height lobby behind the stairs/engine compartment, as well as the really useful Chest of Drawers storage unit in the Aft Cabin.
The Cockpit Locker is sited on the Port Side and is really large, and also gives access to the Stern of the boat.
When we bought her in 2014 the survey indicated a high moisture content of the hull, we therefore negotiated our purchase price and then employed "Ionian Glassfibre Repairs" All Antifoul and Gelcoat was removed below the waterline, before a light grit blast. Then left to dry (not a long time in a Greek Summer), then filled and faired using epoxy fillers. Then six coats of Epoxy Resin were appliedfollowed by five coats of CopperCoat anti foul. The treatment has proved effective, and we do now find no need to apply further anti-fouling,other than the rudder/skeg which does attract barnacle growth.
A previous owner applied a "trakmark" type of deck covering which is showing wear and discolouration particularly in high traffic areas such as "side decks" A new owner may wish to replace this.
We are aware that any prospective buyer may be asked to renew the s/s rigging purely due to it's age (2004)
The asking price reflects this probable expenditure
